Refund Policy

This policy sets out how refunds and returns work for digital shelf story credits, subscriptions and physical decorative goods sold by PROVIDENCE HOMEWARE LIMITED.
Digital credits
Shelf story credits are delivered digitally. You may request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Once a credit has been used to compose a shelf story board, that credit is treated as delivered and is non-refundable.
Subscriptions
The studio subscription is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel within 14 days of a first subscription purchase and have not composed any boards in that period, you may request a full refund.
Decorative goods
Unused decorative goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
Refunds for returned goods are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a decorative item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact support@provhome.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Payment provider pending
Online payment is currently being finalised and is shown as payment provider pending. While this is the case, no real charges are taken, so no refunds are due. This policy will apply in full once a payment provider is connected.
How to request a refund
Email support@provhome.shop with your order or account reference and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within two working days.
